Shipping & Freight

Prime Tooling is pleased to offer you a flat shipping fee of $6.50 on all standard orders to any location in New Zealand!

Prime Tooling will use all reasonable attempts to quickly ship your orders. In most cases standard orders are either shipped from Auckland same-day or Singapore overnight and delivered within 48 hours.  Factors like weekends, public holidays, rural delivery or shipment size can create delays outside of our control.

Rural Delivery, Bulky, Heavy or Special items may take longer and will be advised upon placing the order.

Most products will be shipped to your nominated address by tracked courier. Our preferred courier company is New Zealand Couriers, however, we may be required to use other freight companies from time to time based on an items size, configuration or special requirements. Prime Tooling cannot be held accountable for delivery times once items have been dispatched.
