As one of the leading suppliers of Metal Cutting tools and accessories, this Sales Administration role has plenty of variety.

Candidates will have interests in Sales Administration, Warehousing and Supply Chain or Engineering/Metal cutting.

Primarily the role includes the following tasks:

  •  Responsibility of inside sales communication with customers and suppliers via phone (10%) & email (90%)

  •  Process customer orders using efficient order to delivery process

  •  Managing daily operations of stock from administration of inwards goods, replenishment from multiple global suppliers, pick and pack, dispatching goods & quarterly stock takes


Skills and Experience required: 

  • Have strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people

  • Have a natural inquisitiveness around technology, proficiency in Microsoft applications is a must with intermediate to advanced skills in Outlook, Word and Excel.

  • Are an allrounder and have a general sense of maturity and determination

  • Have the ability to identify potential problems in advance, the confidence to overcome them and the awareness to ask for help when needed

  • Are flexible, not fazed by sudden change in direction to be able to pick something back up again later

  • Have exceptional planning, organisational and time management skills and can confidently deal with many moving parts

  • Have an eye for systems, high accuracy with proven attention to detail, can read and interpret data

  • Are a self-starter, can independently identify solutions, take initiative, work without supervision and begin projects independently

  • Have an ability to adapt to changes and revise personal processes to improve efficiency

Working hours & days could be negotiated for the right candidate.
