

ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR - HOURS TO SUIT!
POSITION: Accounts Administrator
REPORTING TO: Operations Manager
JOB TYPE: Contract/Temp
START DATE: If preferred, an immediate start is on offer
DURATION: October to December 2022
HOURS: Monday – Friday (2 – 3 hours per day with negotiable start time).
LOCATION: 23C Rennie Drive, Airport Oaks, Auckland with off street parking provided
The Accounts Administrator is responsible for processing and managing customer invoices for Prime Tooling (NZ) Limited, a metal cutting supplies company.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Administration of Accounts email inbox

Forwarding emails to appropriate team members where required

Help to resolve issues in relation to invoicing (invoice copy requests etc.)

Administration of Sandvik Coromant (Supplier) inwards goods
-
Enter inwards goods receipt from supplier invoice
-
Checking accuracy of charges
-
Reconcile daily supplier invoice
-
Saving Supplier invoice to Shared drive
-

Administration of outwards goods
-
Dispatching goods via Cin7 system
-
Manually enter dispatch notes (items can be a mixture of drop shipping or sent via Auckland branch)

Checking invoice details (discounts, freight etc.)

Calculating and adding international freight on-charge
-
Emailing invoice to customer once all goods have been dispatched

Back order and emailing invoice to customer for dispatched items at the end of the month.

Administration of Debt Management

Debt email process

Placing customers on hold for credit

Highlighting Debtor issues with management to follow up

SKILL SET REQUIRED:

Intermediate computer and keyboard skills, utilising Microsoft Office applications
